GE's full range of enclosed drives provides a one-stop source for contractor drive needs, including: 2 to 75 HP at 208VAC, 2 to 300 HP at 460VAC and 1 to 15 HP at 575VAC. Three enclosures are available: Slimline Type 1 up to 75 HP makes it easier for the contractor to install in tight spaces; Traditional Type 1 from 75 to 300 HP; and Traditional Type 12 ventilated from 2 to 300 HP. Three available configurations include: Drive-disconnect bypass; Drive +2 contractor bypass, and Drive +3 contactor bypass. N2 and P1 communications protocols are built-in and Bacnet, Ethernet and Lonworks are optional. The AF-600 FP Panel incorporates contactors, switches, pilot lights and drive bypass functionality to allow an electrical contractor to purchase one unit from GE for installation in a variety of commercial applications. Designed to run applications ''out of the box,'' it serves all types of fans (HVAC, cooling towers, VAV, supply and return, exhaust, fume hood, make-up air, induced and forced draft, and furnace temperature control) and pumps (chilled water, pressure boosting, cooling tower, wastewater, chiller, irrigation, and hydro-storage). The AF-600's removable keypad, common to all AF-6 Series drives, handles all programming and information. The keypad ''info'' key provides full-text, context-sensitive information to make programming easier and potentially eliminate the need for printed manuals. In most cases, start-up can be completed in less than five minutes. Using the hot pluggable feature, operators can set up one drive and then copy the setting to other drives, eliminating the need for duplicate programming. The Quick Menu provides access to all the basic settings and the controller. The illuminated LCD display shows parameters and their values, unit indications, rotation direction indications, set-up indication, custom user displays, trend charts with speed, torque and current, and full alarm messages and descriptions. The AF-600, offering a 12/18-month limited warranty, complies with major standards UL and cUL.
