Introducing a new suite of GE® appliances – offering premium features for the frugal consumer

GE Double Oven Range
The new GE double oven range allows you to cook two different dishes at two different temperatures at the same time. Now it’s easy to juggle multiple cooking times and temperatures to create a special family meal. The two self-cleaning ovens have a total 6.6 cu. ft. of cooking space. The upper oven, with heating up to 450°, is ideal for baking, broiling and roasting, or can serve as a convenient warming oven. It offers additional cooking space when you need it most. The large lower oven is big enough to handle a holiday turkey or racks of baking cookies. One of the four cooktop elements is a 9''/12'' dual element that offers a larger and a smaller heating surface to accommodate a variety of cookware. The GE Double Oven Range is available in stainless steel or color options of black or white. This range’s sophisticated styling includes stainless handles and control knobs. Available in September 2009, the stainless steel model will have an estimated retail price of $1,299*. The double oven range in white or black will retail at an estimated $1,099*.
GE Dishwasher with Integrated Controls
The new GE dishwasher with integrated control panel brings premium features to the GE line of dishwasher products. This new dishwasher offers a stylish full-length door with hidden, yet convenient, one-touch digital controls. Available in stainless steel, the dishwasher makes a timeless impression with an elegant flat door design and matching handle to fit the GE suite of appliances. The dishwasher is also built to run at 52 dBA, the lowest sound profile for GE- branded dishwashers. In addition, this powerful dishwasher features BrilliantClean™ towerless wash system, five flexible wash cycles including SaniWash and Rinse and Hold cycle, and a stainless steel tub with up to 16 place-setting capacity. Available in June 2009, model GDWT160R is stainless steel with an estimated retail price of $799*. The dishwasher is also available in white or black, model GDWT100R, and will retail at an estimated $699*.
GE Side-by-Side Refrigerator
The new GE 29-cu.-ft. side-by-side refrigerator is the largest free-standing refrigerator in America. Its 29.1-cu.-ft. overall capacity includes 18-cu.-ft. of fresh food storage and 11.1-cu.-ft in the freezer. Large GallonPLUS door bins can accommodate six 2-liter bottles or two gallons of milk with space to spare. GE’s new ClimatGuard temperature management system offers electronic temperature controls with independent setting for both fresh food and freezer compartments; electronic sensors that continually monitor temperatures through the fresh food and freezer compartments; and a special short air tower located along the back wall that delivers cooling throughout the fresh food interior. Turbo Cool can rapidly bring down the temperature of the fresh food section — great for unloading groceries or putting away warm leftovers. Available in May 2009, model GSHS9NGYSS is stainless steel with contoured doors and handle and has an estimated retail price of $1899*. The refrigerator is also available in white or black, model GSHF9NGYWW or GSHF9NGYBB, and will retail at an estimated $1699*.
